Shipping & Delivery Policy
At ClanCorp Marketplace, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and reliably. This page outlines our shipping and delivery terms.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
- Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (where available)
- Same-Day Delivery: Available in select cities for orders placed before 12:00 PM
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of your order. We offer free shipping on orders above ₦50,000.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking code via email and SMS. You can track your shipment at any time using our Track Order page.
Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to all major cities in Nigeria. Delivery to remote areas may take additional time.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails, our courier will make up to two additional attempts. After three failed attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse and you will be contacted to arrange re-delivery.
